Shults Construction can help you with all three.



Shults Construction can customize a floor plan to fit your needs. We have books of floor plans, and there are web sites full of plans. A couple nice sites we've found are E-Plans, and Dream Home Source. You can look yourself or we can look for you. All you have to do is determine what you want in your home. 

Shults Construction has lots available in several locations in town, or we can build on your lot. We have a very nice development with lots still available on the South West side of town surrounding a groomed pond with fountain. We also have lots for smaller homes on the west side of town.

Shults Construction is a local company and is familiar with the local bankers, we can line you up with financing.  The type of loan you will need will be a construction loan.

After you pick out your house plan, Shults Construction will go over any changes or options you might want, and then we will give you a bid. Because we are a 'custom' builder, we will give you allowances for certain items such as windows, flooring, cabinets, appliances, etc. You may be as involved in choosing these items as you like. If you choose something that is over the price of the allowance, it is considered an 'upgrade' and the difference will be added to the price of your home. If you spend under your allowance, the difference will be subtracted from the price of your home. This is what makes us special - we do not just give you two or three choices, you may pick anything you desire! Shults Construction usually bids for a 'turn-key' project (ready for you to move into). Complete with lawn, sprinklers, fence and sidewalk. If you do not wish us to bid it this way, just let us know. An average home usually takes around 180 days; we can give you a better estimate at the time we make our bid.
